Deleting Pagefile.sys

Hello I got quite a problem for my windows

My Local Disk C is suddenly really full and the i downloaded windirstat 

and i found that the pagefile.sys is really big

is it okay to delete that ?

or do you know what maybe caused the problem .. that made my local disk C is always full

I used my laptop mostly to design 

using Autodesk Application, Sketchup, Photoshop and Illustrator

then today my scratch disk are suddenly full that I cant open anything at my photoshop at all

    how much physical memory do you have take snap shot and post

    open task manager>>performance>>memory and tell me the total installed memory and the current usage.

    That information was given in the original post.  Try to keep up.

    You can buy a cheap external USB drive or USB thumb drive and use it, but be careful unplugging it. You need to transfer the pagefile back to C:\ before unplugging it.

    Once you plug it in it will show it in the change section, there you will select external device and assign the specs or allow windows to manage it (Recommended)
