Running DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

After I started the DISM.exe /Online/Cleanup-image/Restorehealth I get a flashing white dot and after an hour no new data has shown on the screen! Does the flashing dot mean the restorehealth of my pc is in process?

    I finally managed to run DISM and Sfc. I'm trying the windows updates now. Wish me luck. 

    Thank you as I could only access DISM with the spaces.

    Après avoir commencé le DISM.exe /Online/Cleanup-image/ Restorehealth je reçois un point blanc clignotant et après une heure nouvelle donnée n’a montré sur l’écran! Est-ce que le point clignotant signifie la restauration de mon PC est en cours?

    C'est peu-être ça, je ne peux l'affirmer. Merci!

    I have a similar problem, but when I run the command prompt as admin it says that the cleanup image is unknown. What does that mean?
