    I realize this is an old thread, but for those still looking for answers: Right click on any file, and choose "Share" instead of "Send To".

    As recommended, Clean Boot elimated/fixed the issue.

    THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED BY GOING TO THE CORTANA SETTING AND UNCHECKING THE E-MAIL OPTION. THANK YOU.

    Seriously??????  That's your answer?  The usual pathetic response from MS moderators and agents?  Do a clean install? Wipe everything out?  Start over?  

    How about you idiots fix the issues with your stupid software instead?  

    What is this???? The ONLY think you people EVER suggest to users is to do clean install...for EVERYTHING.
