Code: 0x803FB107 Windows 10 app store

I have the exact same problem with Shadow of war, 2 downloads bar at the same time and error at the end 0x803FB107

I was fortunate to get off easy this time. I did do a couple of steps to resolve the issue. I didn't go as far as reloading my OS, but I managed to get the final scan done and reset the store app. Also did a real stupid thing and forgot to restart my computer for the updates. This has happened a couple of times in the past and I have had problems with the downloads completing. But I repaired that by doing some command line entries. I also picked up the shadow of War but I put it on my PS4 instead......... Not that I don't trust my CPU. Good luck.

Same issue here. Shadow of Mordor download issue. Game shows 2 download progress bars for some reason on the download screen. I also get the same error code as mentioned elsewhere. Its a 65GB download. I have downloaded it 3 times now and it gets to the very end each time and flags an error.

I have tried all the steps mentioned elsewhere in this thread. It is obviously a windows store issue. You guys better get a hotfix out asap!!!

I should also mention I have the creators update and a fully up to date system. Game also doesn't show the download icon when in the My Library screen unlike other games. Have to select it and click install beneath the you own this product text.

You have stated that you have tried all suggestions found in this forum, may we know what specific troubleshooting steps have you done? Are you also having the same issue while downloading other apps?
