Yesterday the game worked fine, but now today on July 7th when I launch the game to play, I get the error message saying "check your account" when my account is fine, so I tried to restart the PC and didn't worked, then when I uninstall the game to reinstall, I can't reinstall it because it keeps giving me the same error message with this error code: 0x803F8001. I even runned wsreset.exe to clear the cache, restore the Windows store to default and restarted the PC again, but nothing worked. I can install other apps and games with no problem.
Any help would be appreciated, please.

Solved my Problem ... wsreset - logout Store account (used normal an in game) logged in with my Company Account - download Asphalt with that account (never done before !!!!) got license - after download logged in Store with own account - start game and loaded Cloud data ... worked !
the main Problem is the store and the account - simply get a new ms account for tempoary download and use your own account after download to start an Play game ... have fun ... best greetz eddl69
I did the fix, and the game works now, but it has reset my Level to 1, and all my tokens, credits are now 0. I went to settings and hit Restore Purchases, and it gave me back the Car Packs I bought a while ago, but I'm still Level 1 and all of my Career Mode levels are now locked and I have to start at level 1! After so much time playing this game, money, and many, many levels unlocked, I'm upset this happened.
How do I get it to sync everything back?
so I not sure why this fixed it ...but my netbook only has the one account so I open a second account outlook/hotmail and logged on my pc with it downloaded asphalt ran it for a second and then logged out and back in to my original account and that fixed the asphalt on my original account you just be sure to choose your saved content and not the new local account cause then you'll be starting over youll see it just before the main screen theyll offer you your local content or your cloud content ...

I could installed again after the error but my purchase was restored. I created a new account, I install A8 and works good: I have the same cars, level, tokens but my money was lost.
The better solution it's "CREATE NEW ACCOUNT"
