In Windows Defender settings the options for "check apps and files" are greyed out.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi,

If the first solution did not work for you. We suggest to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter to check and scan for corruption errors during the update. To perform the task, kindly follow the steps provided on the article below:

Fix Windows Update errors by using the DISM or System Update Readiness tool

    Regards.

    Hi,

Did all that. Did not make any difference.

    Results and logs attached.

The last line stated "Run Windows Update again".

Does that mean just run an update check or must I redo the Creator Update?
