Whatsapp stuck on loading screen - Windows phone 10

hi i recently updated whatsapp on my phone and now its stuck on loading screen even though i restarted and hard reset my phone. Any suggestion to solve this issue.

    Miguel is right. There is an issue with the OS.

    Yes! It worked for me too!

    My phone would not open whatsapp, spotify, and a few other apps (a unity game, FM radio player, a fitness app) although none of the default microsoft apps (that I use) had the problem. 

    Strangely, Flipboard worked without problem so I suppose it is not related to the apps not being from microsoft.

    I tried reinstalling the apps, uninstall-restart-reinstall, soft-reset, hard-reset, hard-reset without reinstalling from backup and none of these options worked. Finally, using the WDRT fixed it for me!

    I hope it will stay like that now because I don't want to go through this again...
