After resetting BLU win HD Lte, I Have faced sign in issue of microsoft account on phone.
date time and time zone is perfect. idk what is happening with Microsoft.

2020-02-11T09:45:01+00:00 The store for phones running on WP8.1 closed on 16.12.2019 and can no longer be accessed. Same is valid for signing in to a MS account.
The only solution is to upgrade your phone to Windows 10 Mobile, if it is supported for it. The list of WP8.1 phones which can be upgraded to W10M is given here:

If your phone is on this list (unfortunately the Lumia 530 is not supported in your case, so there is nothing you can do about it) you need to download and install to a PC the Over the Cable Updater from here:

There is a readme file with instructions included in the installation, please read it before proceeding.
