When will Microsoft stop making more Windows

Windows 10 is the last Windows version, because it was announced by May 2015 that Microsoft is telling "Why Windows 10 will be the last windows version?" and when Windows 10 Support ends in 2025 will there be no more Microsoft Windows?

    Microsoft has announced that Windows 10 version 1507 is ending support on 26th March 2017 and November Update (Version 1511) is hopefully ending support in September 2017, if they have ended support version 1507 will continue to work but will Google Chrome and any other applications like Steam would hopefully end support for old Windows 10 builds that are not supported. Google Chrome Ended support for Windows XP and Vista since 2016 and will Google Chrome end support for Old Windows 10 builds whenever they retire?

    Whenever Windows 10 builds support retires before the last major update releases in 2024-2025 then there will be no more major updates after Windows 10 reached the end of life on October 14th 2025 and version 1607 running LTSB on 13th October 2026

    The fact is we don't know what is going to happen going forward. There is no contractual obligation for continued support in the EULA which is the agreement between the end user and Microsoft, a policy statement would have to be tested in court as to if it is binding.

    New builds are distributed as updates but are they actually updates? If they are then Microsoft's support statement requires that Windows must have the latest update in order to qualify for support. Taken literally then a new build takes the previous build out of support immediately, not 10 years after issue.

    Some of Microsoft documentation even anchors schedules on subsequent releases yet they have defined this as the last release of Windows, on that basis it will never expire.

    Throughout the vast reams of output from Microsoft there are significant contradictions, this subject being one of them.

    Except that Windows 10 doesn't go out of support in 2025-2026. Only the current builds do.

    "Windows 10" will not go out of support in 2025-2026. The current release of Windows 10 will. The release that appears in 2025 will then be supported until 2035.

    What is the basis of your belief that there will be no more releases after 2025-2026? Why would they stop then?

    And how does your reply address my original comments about a new OS paradigm?
