on win 7 ya need to install .net framework offline executable installer. (there are aio" all in one" versions... google it ). running from 8 to 10 go to control panel ... then uninstall or uninstalling software ( i really dunno how it says because my win version its in mexican latin spanish) ... then go to turn off / on windows features. then mark net fra 3.5 .... blablabla. please search on google for "enabling windows features".

    its not quite complicated.

I have 3 zunes, 2 30GB and 1 80 GB. (The 80 GB is the one that's bricked.) None of them are HD. I have seen that Craigslist is available in some cities in Mexico, such as Tijuana and Juarez, which are border cities. I don't know where in Mexico you live, but I would try that. I got all 3 of my Zunes and several accessories via Craigslist. They encourage people to buy locally and with cash, so that ripoffs are kept to a minimum! Also, have you tried amazon?

    Hi, Francisco...

I have to go to sleep soon because I work at 6 a.m., so I will be trying to do this tomorrow after I get off work. I already have the latest version of Zune installed. I have one question on # 2 on your list. I opened my control panel, but I don't know how to enable .net framework 3.5 and 4. I'm in Windows 7. Once I'm in control panel, which tabs do I click to get to where I need to go to enable the .net framework? And are there any special steps once I get there? I think once I know the answer to this, I should be able to get all the way through # 3 on my own!

Thanks so much and good night,

    David
