Let's check for a bad extension

**Disable Plug-ins in Google Chrome**

- Click the **Chrome menu** ![](http://i1269.photobucket.com/albums/jj590/OCD-WTT/chromebrowsertoolbar.png) on the browser toolbar.
- Select **Settings**.
- Scroll down to **Show advanced settings...**
- Locate the **Privacy Section**, select **Content Settings**
- In the pop up window scroll to **Plug-Ins**, select
**Disable individual plug-ins...**
- Locate the following plug-ins or extensions with this name **jstorrent** and set them to Disable:

    Remove Download-ap.com

    Follow all the instructions for resetting all browsers
