Key improvements in this release include: Wi-Fi connectivity improvements, including fixes for Wi-Fi connection dropping randomly and Wi-Fi scan occasionally not returning any results. Support for double tap to wake enabled. Bluetooth connectivity improvements. Stability and reliability improvements. Camera improvements, including improved image and video quality, improved Auto-focus and fix for a problem that was causing slow motion capture to skip frames for some users. Cellular connectivity improvements, including fix for a problem that caused occasional network loss for some users. Audio quality improvements, including fix for a problem that caused voice call audio to get scrambled for some users. The availability of the update may depend on your phone model, region or network service provider. Starting today, the update should become available for the first batch of phones and the remaining ones are expected to receive the update gradually. Windows 10 is updating continuously, so make sure you follow all the update notifications that appear on your phone. I have an unlocked phone bought from the Microsoft Store. When can I expect the firmware?

I upgraded mine via tutorial that is available here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2515453 it was easy I used it on my own risk , now am enjoying the last firmware without waiting anymore

HI All, Any Expected Timeframe as to when it will rolled for the Lumia phones bought in UAE. Please assist. Regards Rahul As of right now, the US-based phones don't have a "final" build of the firmware yet since it hasn't been signed off on by AT&T (Microsoft, please explain ANY benefit from buying an unbranded/carrier-free phone directly from you since they are still crippled by carrier laziness). This firmware has been available since July 1st via Windows Device Recovery Tool for most variants, but not the US. As of today, it's STILL not available via WDRT. AT&T could sign off on it any day but don't expect that to happen as they tend to sit on these things for quite a while it seems. Once the firmware is available via WDRT, expect the push to happen shortly after. I stopped checking updates on my phone and now go directly to the Lumia firmware site to see if it's even finished instead because it's not going to be pushed before that. As we've seen so many times before, AT&T will drag their feet on approving this firmware and there's always a good chance they may never approve it. It certainly won't be the first time (or the second time, or the third time, or the fourth time, etc.). -Mc

It looks like the Microsoft provided phones still are not getting the Firmware. I got one also through the insider program/continuum testing. (it was shipped directly from their offices in the US)This phone a Non-specific EU CV (000-88) did not receive it. But I got a few more 950/950XLs for testing, these are also EU versions (Scandinavian and dutch versions (all not branded and locked) and those did get the new firmware. SO stil got one phone which has to receive the firmware
