Possible to watch movies I purchased on XBOX One on my Apple iPhone?

I have a media purchasing dilemma. I am trying to decide how I will purchase movies going forward.  I have an iPhone 6 Plus, but I love the idea of using my XBOX as a media center.  Is it possible to watch movies that I purchase from the Microsoft Store on my XBOX One on my iPhone? Is there a Microsoft player or app that will enable me to access my Microsoft purchased movies on my iPhone? Or will I be limited to watching it ONLY on my XBOX One?

If I'm limited to watching only on my XBOX One, then I won't use my XBOX as media center. I'll just get an Apple TV because I'd like to be able to take my purchased content with me everywhere.  Any help and insight will be much appreciated.

The best alternative is to get an app from a 3rd party VOD vendor like Vudu that will install on both your iPhone and Xbox and purchase your movie licenses from there.  Unfortunately both Apple and MS have fenced off the use of any media rights you purchase through them to only be used on their devices unlike Google which made apps available on most if not all devices so that you can enjoy your content regardless of what you want to watch or listen to it on.

Am still keep buy my movies etc or even rent them by Google just becouse Microsoft dosent support Android TV or Android Devices feels relly bad dont have access to what you rent in the devices you want to watch them into, Microsoft for Windows and Xbox is still limit never want to sit up close to my PC for watch my movies etc. And have only 1 Xbox console in the house and that normaly taken by other people in this household. But all my TV is frome Sony Bravida some is build into Android TV as OS.

Like so many other inconveniences, Microsoft refuses to play nice with iOS in hopes they can encourage users to switch to the piece of junk Windows Phone platform. The answer is simple: don't give Microsoft your Movies & TV business!  Purchase your content from other providers that do recognize the choice of a phone platform shouldn't eliminate our access to content WE PURCHASED.

There are always a way to get around proprietary device/media issues. You may need to invest some time and money as I have. But if you are a movie buff, and wish to have your movies cross platform compatible investing time is essential. We cannot always depend on Microsoft, Apple or Android to solve all the technical issues in every ecosystem that is out there. When you purchase a digital copy of a movie, you own the rights to watch that movie anywhere you choose. The compatibly issue should not be a barrier for those who have a little technical ability. I won't suggest any specific route in overcoming this challenge, but the internet is full of great resources on creating your own home PVR system.
