Location is greyed out, i cannot remove internet explorer 11 addon after virus removal

TAOFrame is definitely a bad guy. I'm wondering why there is so much more of it than the other three. But it too depended on the Tencent folder & files which are gone. Also, it is already disabled in Services. So...

(1) Because it is so many - better make a restore point...

     R-Clk START, Control Panel, All Control Panel Items.

(2) Find & click "Recovery" in the list presented.

(3) Click "Configure System Restore", & its "Create..." button at the bottom.

     (Remember: It would be the "System Restore..." button there to undo the big changes.)

Now go delete TAOFrame (or whatever the name was you copied out of services) wherever it appears in the LEFT pane of the registry. If it appears in the RIGHT pane only (i.e., not at the same time also in the left pane in blue) - just take a picture & post it. Let's be rid of that bad guy!

It is set correctly - too bad. See whether the other two are correct...

Open RegEdit, get to top, & find "SensorPermissionState".

(1) Are there exactly three of them?

(2) Do they all look exactly like that?

Then there is nothing to fix. We may need the assistance of a D-genius to fix this Location settings problem.

EDIT 10/7/15:  Wait a minute. Remember that picture you posted of Geolocation Service...?...

(1) R-Clk START, select "Run", type "Services.msc", & hit ENTER.

     Services opens.

(2) R-Clk Geolocation Service, & select "Properties", change it to "Manual", & click Apply/OK.

(3) R-Clk it again, & select "Start", if it hasn't already started.

(4) R-Clk START, select "Run", type MSConfig, & hit ENTER.

     System Configuration opens.

(5) At the Services tab, ensure Geolocation Service is checked...

     (Click "Service" in the header to alphabetize the list.)

Do you have your Location settings (START, Settings, Privacy, Location) & Action Center button back? If not, try a reboot. Have it now? If not, did the service stay at "Manual" or revert to "Disabled"?

"QQPMSRV" and "QQPCRTP" are no longer to be found on my Services...

"QQSysMonX64" is already deleted on the registry...

The only thing left in the Services is the TAOFrame.
