Windows 10 Photos App - no Outlook Share option??

I am running Windows 10 and importing my photos into the Photos App however when I click on Share the only options that are available are Mail (Windows 10 app) or my Samsung printer, there is no Outlook 2013 option there so I can email it.

Am I missing something obvious?

    I just solved this problem.

    "Right-Click" on your screenshot.

    Select "Copy".

    "Right-Click" on the body of your email message.

    Select "Paste".

    Done.

    It is Microsoft that it missing something obvious. Not you.

    They are also missing the many complaints about it.

    Idiotic response. This clearly does not help, or address, the issue. 

    Care to explain *why* this cannot be done? Or, if it will be addressed and resolved in the future?

    I have spent weeks trying to share pictures / photos via Outlook and refused to believe that the only option is to share via Microsoft Mail which I have no desire or wish to use. I am dumbfounded at how much functionality has been lost in 365. This is so basic. It's enough to make me switch to Apple! 

    I installed FastStone Image viewer, it has a LOT of functionality and ...

    importantly integrates with Outlook seamlessly.

    It also allows you to specify the resolution/size of image(s) you attach.

    Dear All,

    I also want use my Outlook 2016 Desktop version to share pictures, files etc. instead of the Windows 10 Mail app.

    There must be a way to add other apps to the Windows.ShareTarget key in the registry (discussed here: How can I unhide a hidden app from the Windows 10 "share list"?)

    Similar to what they have done here with Onenote Desktop and Onenote App...( Making desktop onenote default for windows 10 )

    How to make Windows 10 better and more flexible - there must be some capable experts out there helping us out - please?
