This is unbelievable. I changed to Outlook 2016 as part of the Office 365 upgrade. I do not want to use different email clients for different apps. Come on Microsoft - make Windows 10 work properly!
Windows 10 Photos App - no Outlook Share option??

I am running Windows 10 and importing my photos into the Photos App however when I click on Share the only options that are available are Mail (Windows 10 app) or my Samsung printer, there is no Outlook 2013 option there so I can email it.
Am I missing something obvious?

I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused. In photos app you won’t be able to share photos directly to Outlook. As work around you can add your Email account to mail app and make as a primary account and then you can share your pictures through the Mail app.

Really? Jesus, that makes this program frustrating and redundant - back to good ol' Windows Photo Viewer it seems.
What an utterly daft decision/restriction. We use Outlook on our company domain and I am NOT setting up my e-mail twice for the sole reason that Windows share 'charm' has no customisation at all.

Yet, if you search on the subject, despite the requests going back ages, the response from Microsoft is in the range from ludicrous (reset your whole PC) to you are only a customer, why would we want to meet your needs, obvious though they may be.
This is an example of the blindingly obvious in functionality terms. If you live in Outlook desktop you want to share using Outlook desktop. Not some cut down mail program which, if you enable it with your accounts, will clutter up your storage with second copies of your messages.
In my naivety I used to think that a company provided forums (for a) such as this to not only enable self help but also to pick up and respond to user needs. How wrong can one be? The people in Redmond appear to be too busy training themselves to shoot their own feet to bother with mere users.

2016-06-01T06:26:20+00:00 WOW! How can Microsoft be so stupid? I am really beginning to ask myself how there are SO MANY little problems that plague the windows 10 user. Why is there not a way to directly link your outlook contacts to PHOTOS in order to share? I consider myself plenty computer literate, but it takes a gosh darn programmer to create all these fix-its for these things! Maybe one really needs to just buy a Microsoft Surface, where all hardware and software plays together seamlessly?
