When using Internet Explorer, I could print a highlighted selection on a page. I cannot find a way to do this in Windows10 Edge.

From the description provided, I understand that you are unable to print only the highlighted section in Microsoft Edge.
Please be informed that print by selection feature is not available in Microsoft edge.

I use the print selection feature almost on a daily basis. Not only does Microsoft Edge not have this feature, but it seems that Microsoft has no intention of adding it. It's extremely disappointing that I will have no other choice but to use Chrome for all of my browsing needs.
workaround
A workaround is to click on the 3 dots ] right hand Corner] and select OPEN WITH INTERNET EXPLORER.
Make your selection> **Go to FILE [**on the menu bar Top Left] >select PRINT.

If you open a page in edge, click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner and you will see an option to view the same page in internet explorer. You can then print selection.
If you select "..." at the top right - "More Actions" ... you should see the option to "Open with IE." On my computer, though, IE now runs slower than it did with Win8. I wonder if that was intentional.
It takes 12 seconds to open with IE after I click the places I need to click. That's pretty much a productivity killer. It's a very little faster if you right click the selection that you want to print, copy it, open Word, (or leave Word open all day) paste the selection to word and print it from there.
IE also runs slower than it did on Windows 7.
Don't hold your breath waiting for Microsoft to bring back a useful feature that they've discarded. There are lots of other browsers out there.
