LaunchAnywhere Error: Windows error 2 occured while loading the Java VM

The error in the title come out when i tried to install a stock trading software,is there any method to fix it?[ I have tried to install the software on another laptop to make sure it is not the problem of the software.Download link: https://www.osk188.com/page.jsp?name=download_apps]

    Here's a response from the developer of a program called RT4. 

    It turns out that the latest version of the Java Runtime Environment (JRE), 1.8.0_60, is not compatible with InstallAnywhere 2012 from Flexera (used to build the RT4 installer).  However, the Java VM bundled with the RT4 installer (in case someone doesn’t have Java) is version 1.7 and works fine. 

    I deleted Java from my workstation and ran the installer for RT4, and it worked fine.  If your InstallAnywhere program includes a version of Java, it should work (otherwise why would they include it); if it doesn't, try deleting 1.8 and reinstalling 1.7.  IMHO, this is something that Flexera should have noticed and fixed.

    Thanks for providing your solution for this error. Java is a prerequisite for the TABE Online testing software we use. While updating the TABE software recently we began to see the Windows 2 error pop up. I had tried a number of different fixes that I came across on different websites; however, yours is the only one that works.

    This issue occur when launching BASC scoring software for one of my user. I removed this path below and relaunch and everything was fine.

    Hi that didn't solve my problem.

    Installed java 6.45 along with java 8.60 and I manage to run the java application that had problems.
