Problem with Windows 10 & Minesweeper Adventure

I've recently upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1. I've played Minesweeper Adventure & Treasure Hunt numerous times when I had Windows 8.1 with no difficulty. Now that I've upgraded to Windows 10, the screen is blacked off to the right. The game board that is covered up by the black screen will move to a point and then stop. Arrow buttons will not move the screen like they did in Windows 8.1. At no point is the entire level of the game able to be seen like it was seen in Windows 8.1.
I haven't checked to see if it happens in other games.
Does anyone know what might be wrong or how to fix it?

2016-03-21T16:51:26+00:00 After a week or two of seeing this problem on my laptop (windows 8 upgraded to windows 10) I have determined this happens whenever I start Minesweeper after a reboot/restart. If I use settings-system to "change the size of text..." to 150% first, then start Minesweeper, it is displayed properly. Once Minesweeper is started, I can change the display setting back to 100% and Minesweeper still displays properly.

2016-03-21T16:15:17+00:00 Me too. I have two computers with Windows 10, one was upgraded from Windows 7 and the other had Windows 10 when I bought it. On both computers the right hand edge of the screen (the one with the stairway to the next level) is just black with no game intelligence on it. I can, of course, click where I think the squares might be in that black area, and I can see the dirt flying and, occasionally, the mine explosion, though mostly I just see the expired heart flying away after I step on a mine. Sometimes I find the stairway, but it is like I either went blind or my lamp has died. It is very frustrating.
After one Windows Update, the game worked correctly, but the next and all subsequent updates have rendered the game impaired as described above. I keep hoping, each time I get an update, the the problem would be fixed, but it never is.

2016-03-13T16:56:16+00:00 You can pinch it to expand when you get to the right side. It was fixed at one point and then lost it in the next upgrade. I also have a problem with Sudoku. When you open full screen the ad covers the right hand corner of the game. It does not stay in the ad box. They keep running ads for new games which I might consider once they fix the current ones I play.

2016-03-07T01:02:51+00:00 Interesting, my Laptop did a update last night and I ended up with the same issue of the right side being blank. Found this post and tried the 150% thing. It worked for me as well but I did not like everything else at 150% so tried going back and forth a few times. After a half dozen (ish) times, minesweeper started working at 100%.
Really glad I did not have to reload the game as I'm at level 2287 w/170 shields and a boatload of other goodies. I had even used a bunch of dynamite to complete the first invisible level - blind but could still move.
Yeah, I'm addicted... ;-)
