    May I ask for your help, since you seem very competent on such technical topics.

    I have a Microsoft Lumia 640 LTE (bought new about a month ago from Amazon) currently running OS version 8.10.15127.138.

    Here are the complete specifics of the phone:

    Model: Microsoft Lumia 640 LTE

    Software: Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2

    OS version: 8.10.15127.138

    Firmware revision number: 02166.00000.15103.05001

    Hardware revision number: 2.1.6.2

    Manufacturer name: RM-1074_1004

    Mobile Operator: 000-IN

    Product Code: 059X0P7

    I would like to upgrade to the OS version 8.10.15148.160 so that then I can perform the upgrade to Windows 10 Mobile.

    How can I make the upgrade to OS 8.10.15148.160?

    Or even better, is there a way that I can upgrade directly from OS 8.10.15127.138 to Windows 10 Mobile?

    I would be very grateful to you if you can help me, because it’s one month that I’m desperately trying to pass to Windows 10 Mobile with no success at all.
