I get error 800F0922 when installing KB3022345 update.

I've tried it both automatically and manually, and always get the same error.

Some advice about this?

Try this:

  1. Uninstall KB3045999
  2. It will ask you to restart windows, but DON'T RESTART
  3. Install KB3022345
  4. Restart Windows
  5. Install KB3045999
  6. Restart Windows

This worked for me.  Good Luck.

KB3022345 is an optional, non-security update (yes, even though it may be offered as an Important update). Feel free to hide it & move on with your life.

I can't find 2919355 in my update history, though it's not easy to be 100% certain as you can't copy it into e.g. Notepad to search properly.  No matter, I thought, I can always download it from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=f2917221-a8b3-4024-b755-818ad0e7703d and install it manually.  Can't I?

    Why, no!  No, I cannot!

We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found.

    Good, eh?
