I get error 800F0922 when installing KB3022345 update.

I've tried it both automatically and manually, and always get the same error.

Some advice about this?

Try this:

  1. Uninstall KB3045999
  2. It will ask you to restart windows, but DON'T RESTART
  3. Install KB3022345
  4. Restart Windows
  5. Install KB3045999
  6. Restart Windows

This worked for me.  Good Luck.

Thanks.  Worked for me, but I didn't get to follow the complete set of instructions.

After I uninstalled KB3045999 and before restarting the computer I immediately ran a Check for  Updates, it listed the KB3045999 I had just uninstalled and our problem child KB3022345.   I unchecked KB3045999 for installation and checked KB3022345 for installation and then clicked install.   When done, "both" of the KB's installed even through I had KB3045999 unchecked for installation.  I looked at Review Updates and both had indeed installed.  I then ran Check for Updates a few more times and each time it said I didn't have any updates to install....good to go.
