    Hello,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We will assist you with your issue.

Let's try uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft Solitaire collection from your system and check if it helps:

    1. Click on Start Menu. From All apps list right click on Microsoft Solitaire collection and select uninstall.
    2. Once uninstalled, open Windows Store and search for Microsoft Solitaire collection and install it.

Let us know the status if the issue. We will be glad to assist you further.

    Thank you.

First, convince us you're not the mindless BOT you appear to be.

Second, in light of your repeated suggestions to uninstall/reinstall Microsoft Solitaire Collection to fix the problem, there have already been MANY reports that uninstalling and reinstalling it does not help!  In this thread too.  It didn't help when I went to the time and effort of uninstalling/reinstalling it either.  Only a BOT would not understand that its standard canned response wasn't helping or working.

Third, internet searches produce over 100,000 inquiries about Microsoft Solitaire Collection no longer working.  So it's not just a few having this problem.

Come on Microsoft, stop using a BOT to make us think you care.  Get someone to fix the problem, a whole lot of us use Solitaire to unwind a little from our lives and it just seems that MS doesn't care at all.  At least not enough to assign a resource to finally fix this nagging problem.  Even if it seems insignificant to Microsoft.

The last several weeks I have been having problems with Microsoft Solitaire Collection, particularly TriPeaks, Pyramid and Spider.  I play a few games and then my sound cuts out.  I am allowed to finish the round with no sound but cannot start the next round so I have to use Task Manager to close the program, then re-enter Microsoft Solitaire Collection and start again where I left off.  This gets very tedious and frustrating.  The games worked perfectly for many months but this problem has cropped up recently and it seems to be more frequent.

Also, I play Microsoft Mahjong and sometimes the program freezes up temporarily and then a few seconds later it carries on, with a pop-up message telling me an interruption was prevented blah blah blah.  Once in a while, the program freezes and stays frozen and I have to reboot the computer.

I have downloaded all of the updates and have run scans but it still happens.

    Help  ...

    1. Microsoft Solitaire collection is available and has been since the Windows 10 upgrade in June, 2015.

    1. Since the Windows 10 1511 update in December, 2015.
    2. No.
    3. Yes. The latest on April 12, 2016.

All these problems started after the Windows 10 1511 update in December 2015. Up until then, from the upgrade in June of 2015 and on, everything was fine. I still believe the problem is the Windows 10 Flash Player as I have no problems with Google Chrome that uses the Adobe version instead. Until MS comes up with a fix for Edge and Internet Explorer, I'll stick with Chrome. Good luck!
