Windows 10 repair Microsoft Solitaire Collection

I have the same problem, I just want to uninstal and reinstall ,But I can't find the program on my pc yet it tells me that it's there ?? I have over 2300 wins without a loss on freecell I'd pass that all up just to be able to play it again ......Jim Whalen

I tried to call your support and you wanted payment. Really!!?? for fixing your program that doesn't work. Can't believe it!! Tried to get help on line-- didn't work. Have you gotten so big that your customers don't matter any more? My solitaire games in Xbox won't work because of your updates. I would appreciate some help to get them going again. Your Windows 10 doesn't seem to be as user friendly as you seem to think. Am I upset? Yup. Now I have to go. I have work to do. Thanks, Anna Forbes

Huge hammer hitting nail on the head!

I have been trying unsuccessfully for the past 4 months to get the Solitaire Collection to work after the Windows 10 upgrade.  Everything goes to pending only.  Yet to download.  Then there is a note under the app saying that this is already installed on my computer!  Then why can't I access it?  Insult to injury, salt in the wound, and any other hurtful saying you can come up with.

thanks for the help ,But it still doesn't work how can I uninstall this when Xbox works fine on Mahjong and when I go to the other games it won't open them  !! ??so I think if you can tell me  how I can uninstall and then reinstall ,it may solve itself ,however I cannot figure out how to uninstall microsoft collection when it tell me  it's on the pc and I can't find it  ?? I have over 2300 wins on Freecell without a loss that I wouldn't want lose , however If I can't open any thing what does it matter ?? Hi Yaseer, I tried options 1 and 2 and no help. Also tried 3, however when I got to step 4 "enter user name" hit enter I got no response. UUuuuuugggghhh!!  Thought I saw that there was a problem that the team was working on so maybe I'll just wait. Thx
