Windows Mobile Device Center Compatibility with Windows 10

Is or will Windows Mobile Device Center be compatible with Windows 10?  There are some legacy devices that require sync with WMDC and then there are security personnel that do not allow devices to connect to their Wi-Fi but rather connect them via USB using WMDC.  I was able to get WMDC to work successfully on Windows 8 and 8.1.  So far I have not heard any news in regards to Windows 10.  Looking forward to hearing results and or news regarding this.  Thx everyone.

    Hi William

Thanks.  My PDA has always been set to USB serial.  Out of interest what version of Outlook are you using?  I am using 2007.  Don't know if the version of outlook may make a difference.

Had similar problem after Win 10 update. Resolved by switching sync mode on HP PDA from RNDIS Sync Mode to USB Serial Sync Mode. PDA will sync with both 32 & 64 bit Win 10 and WMDC.

Don't hold your breath!  On April 18 Anup Karkal suggested that I post the same problem on the Outlook forum.  Guess what, not a single reply!  I don't believe Microsoft is at all worried about the small number of customers it affects.  They are a mere drop in the ocean.

It's still not solved, 4 months further.
