Family safety: Feedback on recent changes to multi-device management

So I checked again today and all of the kids' accounts were back to normal except one.  It would not allow for "Activity Reporting" to stay on under the "Recent Activity" section.  I checked the Windows settings and it was still showing as a child account.   I removed it from the names list on the "Your Family" page and then went back to the Windows settings and edited the account back to child.  From then on it worked, except I can't block the "Store" because it won't show up under "Recent Activity" even though the "Store" has been accessed several times.  Does anyone have a solution for this?  (I was able to block the "Store" a few weeks ago when Family Safety was up and running after it broke down.)

I can't even this to work in windows 10 tech preview... mostly because the web site for administrating the family safety seems to be in read only mode.  All changes don't save/stick.

At this point I am wondering about a class action law suite.

right  Jen what am I supposed to do add safety to my sons windows 8.1 laptop that he got for xmas. My son is 12 and autistic and unfortunately in some ways he is over and above his age in things but when it comes to relationships he doesn't have a clue i have found on his laptop history of last week he is still being able access a porn sight I am applled and I have spent 3 hours this morning talikg to 2 of your support members to be told that  it impossible for me to have a windows 8.1 laptop saying that the saftey support is showing that we only get notified when he access a windows 10 product.  We are not upgrading and i am appalled at being made to feel like a child lying to your support members with what i was seeing so i suggest you retrain your support team as none of the links i was beeing given would help me get safety on my sons laptop so what am supposed to do now all these posts are really getting me down at how we cannot put safety on our childrens accounts if they have products with anything else other than windows 10 i think it is very sly of you I am not happy

Jennifer, there had been some problems with our kids' accounts a few weeks ago, but then they miraculously repaired themselves.  Then this morning my child informed me that she could access anything she wanted on the internet, and she was right.  I went to the family safety page and tried several times to change the settings back to the way we had set them up, but none of the changes would save.  Do you know why this is happening again and when will it be repaired?
