OK so now I have Windows 10. I have regular old Solitaire on all my devices. I would like to get it on my computer. Not fancy Solitaire games like Klondike,Spider, Free cell. Just the old regular Solitaire game. Can I do that?

I posted this before. This is the Windows 7 Solitaire I got it from this site. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxgxYnZOV7L7aUxtLXNwbENZbm8/view .

For some reason Microsoft does not want you to have this game on Windows 10. I was playing it for months without issue until the anniversary update last week and it stopped working. I was able to use the Recovery program to go back to before the update (you only have 10 days to do this after the update) now Solitaire is back and working fine. Of course the Anniversary update is now gone as well. Microsoft for whatever reason is being very stubborn about this issue. It even seems they addressed it in the newest update so if you had on your computer it wouldn't play. I believe it's just plane old arrogance. It definitely is not a software compatibility issue with Windows 10 as I am using it right now and it runs smooth as glass.

It seems as though you are going in the wrong direction.  It used to be that programs don't work as they should every time you upgrade,  Now I am hearing that if I want solitaire there is a fee,  What is going on ?
