Windows 10 - VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE igdkmd64.sys

I have experienced this now 3 times with my SP3 I5 128 GB RAM machine.  I was wondering if it was the wireless adapter, although it (thankfully) hasn't happened when I have been using the adapter.

Ever since i have upgraded to Windows 10 these failures happen at random times throughout the day. Mostly when i am playing a game but also has happened when watching Netflix. I have checked and updated all of my drivers and everything is up to date. 

Sometimes it says VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR, this one is not as often. I have looked online and tried almost everything people have said are solutions and nothing works, and there and almost no solved posts for this problem on windows 10 only for 8.1 and 7. The only way I can recreate the problem is by opening Hearthstone, other than that it is completely random and really annoying.

HD 5000 driver is 10.18.15.4256 dated 7/17/2015

BSOD 2x/ day.

The most recent error was while

Running Autocad LT 2015 in Windows 8 compatibility mode. and streaming Amazon Videos, although this may happen at any time.  Event logs were created if someone wants them.

HAS ANYONE ELSE noticed that the 4256 Driver does not cleanly refresh windows when jumping from one program to another.  This is especially prevalent in Autocad LT jumping between drawing files.  I get a large hashed image and then it corrects itself.  I usually experience slow graphics until BSOD within an hour.

This is a business machine, so I may escalate by calling for help tomorrow.

I am having the same problem too. I have a Surface Pro 3 with two external monitors. The error occurred twice, once yesterday and once today.

I'm running a brand new alienware with the Intel HD 4600 and GTX 980m. I run into this problem when videos are full screen for Xbox Video, and for *some* videos on facebook. Videos either always do it, or sometimes do it. ATM, starting to wish I could completely disable the Intel video card and just use nVidias since intel hasn't made a new driver in 2 months....

Brand new surface pro 3 with win 10....I can't believe this is happening on a brand new product. Really making me regret my purchase... am not recommending windows 10 or surface to anyone until this problem is fixed.

Please prioritise this MS - obviously affecting many!

Don't feel bad, I have been testing Windows 10 since last year, so I suggest some patience.
