I need to redeem my gift card for purchasing a laptop. How do I redeem it?

no it doesnt' what code do I enter for the redemption? all the offer says is you get a gift card but no code.

Actually, people, I just spent the good part of the morning trying to redeem this gift card to no avail.

I used ALL the help suggestions here, talked to a MS rep on the phone, and discovered that I had to call HP to get help with the gift card. Microsoft AND the Windows APP Store all require a 25-digit redemption code. The code on the back of the card is only 20 digits. The MS CS rep gave me  number to call HP, which is NOT good, and now I'm having a heck of a time trying to find a phone number for HP support that can help me. Microsoft says that HP has to resolve the redemption issue, since they issued the card with the device. - I will update this post if and when I am able to get this issue resolved, and provide that information here.
