Having trouble finding the Tools menu on Windows 10

Last week I switched to Windows 10. I can't find the tools menu. I've checked settings and other areas I've thought of and not having any luck. I need to look over a few things but they all seem to be included in the tools section. Anyone else having this problem?

Hello,

Press Windows Key + R, type explorer shell:::{D20EA4E1-3957-11d2-A40B-0C5020524153} in Run and click OK. It will open the folder of administrative tools available in Windows 10.

    I have never found anything useful on this site and n it was not helpful. I hate windows 10 and now can't get my windows 7 back. I guess I will just throw this computer away.

    Hello Paul,

    Are you talking about the Administrative Tools? You can access it by clicking the Start button, type Administrative Tools then hit Enter. You can also pin a shortcut to Start. Go to Control Panel > System and Security, right-click Administrative Tools then select Pin to Start.

    NO  it didnt help me   I still cant find the tools menu or folder  I am looking to hopefully enable me to find JIT debugging what ever that means !
