Having trouble finding the Tools menu on Windows 10

Last week I switched to Windows 10. I can't find the tools menu. I've checked settings and other areas I've thought of and not having any luck. I need to look over a few things but they all seem to be included in the tools section. Anyone else having this problem?

Hello,

Press Windows Key + R, type explorer shell:::{D20EA4E1-3957-11d2-A40B-0C5020524153} in Run and click OK. It will open the folder of administrative tools available in Windows 10.

    I cannot find the Tools menu on Windows 10. Specifically, Desktop has disappeared when Save-As is desired.

    Same here. Can't find tools menu! Please help!

    Have been looking for three days way to delete porn.  Grand kids have access to my computer.  Really need help with the delete feature.

    That brings up "administrative tools" which doesn't have "internet options" as one of the choices?

    So what does work???
