I'm sorry that I didn't see this earlier. How do you do a screen capture?
No audio Output Device for Windows 10
I just Installed windows 10 this morning everything runs fine expect for the sound, where is it?
I have tried troubleshooting the problem its says it has fixed it but the little red cross is still is cuddling into the speaker icon. I have tried everything uninstalling and installing the sound again.....does nothing. I even disabled and enabled it......does nothing. I must tell you I am not computer literate and would love for someone to just give me simple instructions and a step by step guide on how to actually fix this problem.
IDT - Audio Device - IDT High Definition Audio CODEC - Error 0x8007001f <<<<<<<<< this is the error that keeps appearing.
Help me Obi windows Kenobi you're my only hope :)

2015-08-13T02:06:45+00:00 My hardware IDs are:
HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_111D&DEV_7676&SUBSYS_103C2ADA&REV_1001
HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_111D&DEV_7676&SUBSYS_103C2ADA
Also just out or curiosity I looked at the Driver Details and it says system32 I'm not very computer literate but doesn't that mean for a 32 bit version and the windows 10 version that was download is a 64 bit.

These are not the drivers you're looking for. :-)
A couple of things to try and figure this out...
What kind of PC is this?
Could you please post your audio hardware ID here?
- Run Device Manager
- Go to Sound, video and game controllers
- Double-click your audio device
- Go to the Details tab
- Select Hardware IDs
- Right-click to copy them and then paste them in a reply here
Can you try switching to the built-in Windows driver for now?
The Alliance needs you, DarrenTempleton...
HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_8086&DEV_2806&SUBSYS_80860101&REV_1000
HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_8086&DEV_2806&SUBSYS_80860101
please reply back soon thankyou

2015-08-12T14:54:49+00:00 I tried it and it didn't work. Still getting the same messages. I also tried to disconnect the speakers and do it, to take them out of the equation and it did help.
Can you post a screen capture of what you see under "Sound, video and game controllers"?
Thanks!
