we have started rolling out a new software update for Lumia 535 (RM-1089) & Lumia 535 Dual SIM (RM-1090 & RM-1092) in selected countries.     could write a version of their phones if they are RM-1089, RM-1090, RM-1091, RM-1092, and q country are or where it was purchased in this way we will know if it is a general problem or a version in particular and if software problem or hardware environment
