Got a Lumia 535 today but found that some problem with the lower part of the screen, that is the keyboard area. Is Microsoft going to release the firmware update for Lumia 535 in Hong Kong?

2015-02-04T10:52:57+00:00 Dear , i went to another care center in my hometown today, they told me that they did not receive any infos from microsoft and that they should send my device to the same center which "repaired" it some days ago, giving it back to me still affected by the bug.
I disagree with your statement "we can live without it for a month or so" for a simple reason: as the microsoft commercial said, some of us (me included) bought Lumia devices for they are good "companions" in our work, so it's annoying to have spent 130€ to work better, and now wait 40 days (20 for the first repair, 20 for another one) without it!

2015-02-03T18:50:51+00:00 ALL THE OWNERS OF THE LUMIA 535 ARE ADVISED TO SUBMIT UR HANDSETS TO CARE CENTRES IN YOUR TOWNS FOR REPLACEMENT.
THERE IS NO USE OF KEEPING FAULTY AND BUGGY HANDSET WITH YOU,BECAUSE OF HARDWARE ISSUES.
WE CAN LIVE FOR A MONTH OR SO WITHOUT HANDSET.
IF THE COMPANY DOES NOT REPLACE WE WILL MOVE THE CONSUMER COURT AT LAST.

2015-02-03T16:03:51+00:00 There wont be any solution with mere Software Update. The problem is with hardware. I updated my lumia 535 on 28 Dec. Despite update, I struggled with it. At last, I have submitted the handset to Care centre for replacement.
