we have started rolling out a new software update for Lumia 535 (RM-1089) & Lumia 535 Dual SIM (RM-1090 & RM-1092) in selected countries.     Nothing Has happened after update. The update has created one more issue in my case. Battery drains too fast. 20% down after I switch on my handset. It was not so before update. The Touch Issue remains the same. Because the problem is in hardware not in software. God knows better Why microsoft is delaying its final decision to get all the handsets of first batch shipment replaced who have purchased. After all Microsoft reputation is at stake.

    I'm from Viet Nam. My Lumia 535 still has touch problem after update on 23/12/2014. Really, really bad touch screen.

    Before and after update, I can't do anything with option "Touch" in "Settings". I see the screen only splash then quiet. Nothing's happened.

    Done all that. but i'm having some isuses with the touch? should i ask for a refund? is microsoft planning to solve this issue? 

    The right think to do is to recall the bad batch! it is the least that MS can do for us that we runned to the stores to buy MSs brand new product!
