Howdy my fix has worked for a while now.
I turned off onedrive , Seems every few minutes as it searches for new file to back up this is what is causing the change to desktop and of course it is not an error so does not show up in the dxdiag or msinfo
Try it just disable you onedrive syncing for a day and no more flash to desktop, Hope it works for yall so happy I can play games without suddenly being on the desktop and vehicle slams into wall or someone kills me lol

It might still be too early to tell, but I have been operating for almost two hours without Windows 10 minimizing my applications. Amazing that a Microsoft application, OneDrive, would cause so much trouble with a Microsoft operating system. I disabled the automatic update within OneDrive properties and now enjoy smooth operation of full screen applications. Thank you. Of all the suggestions I have read on the internet and on the Community, this is the only one to have any effect at all. I like Windows 10. But, was beginning to hate it because for the last six months I had to deal with the my applications minimizing 15 to 20 times a days, sometime four or five times within one minute. It is disgusting that Microsoft would have implemented an appropriate operating system fix, or published appropriate fixes users could implement. In stead, we have to rely on other users to find and suggest fixes. My many thanks go out to Doug Caruso Sr. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
I, too, started having this problem recently. I'm going to try disabling onedrive. We'll see what happens. I'll update this thread if it fixes or doesn't fix it.
