printer not showing in devices and printers

tried that    It reported printer not installed and Terodo tunnelling adapter not working but installing printer driver might solve the problem Trouble shooter could not install printer driver it could not be downloaded

I then went to HP website downloaded all software and used HP printer installation software to successfully install the printer

I then tried trouble shooter again came up with same report and said printer not installed successfully

I have tried the printer and it works ok

device manager is reporting the Teredo tunnelling adapter could not be started and the printer shows up under other devices with ! not working

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.

tried update driver online and reported back could not could not find driver for printer

tried update driver on computer reported could not find driver

Just on the offchance this might help: go to control panel in the search box type in 'Troubleshooting' in the new window under 'Hardware and Sound' click on 'Configure a Device' follow instructions.

Are you sure that you are logged on with an administrators account (with full permissions) because it appear you do not have permission.  If you are going to send the log you really need to copy it;  go to the log if or when you get CMD sfc (space) /scannow to work.

done that command prompt appears in administrator in put CMD sfc /scannow nothing happens

input C:\Windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log access is denied

tried printui /s /t2 printers show but cant delete them says the drivers are in use

I am not sure about this but maybe when you do not run CMD as administrator you cannot open the CSB log when copied and pasted onto desktop . As I say I am not sure about it but it is strange that you cannot open it!
