Tencent, QQPCMgr ---Does any1 know how I can remove this tuff virus pls?

It is not in 'Programs' to uninstall but is in program files and sits on the front of my desk top in pop ups and won't be deleted. If I try to delete the program files it says access denied and I am the administrator - sigh

I just solved this and since no one is willing to actually help, i will.

Go to the install directory (For me it was Program files (x86) \ Tencent) and find the Uninstall file, then run it. I know it is embarrassingly simple, but it worked. 

It's all in Chinese but just click where the OK button usually is in English.

Is this what your are referring to?  Not sure it's considered malware - this appears to be a program that has to be deliberately downloaded.

Can you disable it in Startup or Task Manager and then remove it manually?

    Thanks and yes, I to, have discovered that it is a (big) program. I still want to remove it and can't.

    I downloaded your recommendation of uninstall but it didn't work as it is not listed on my programs. It is in program files.

    There is no pint in me downloading more virus removal if it is not actually a virus - sigh.

    **EDIT:**Do you know when your issue started?  Look for a program in Control Panel that was installed the same day your issue first occurred.  See if you can uninstall it.  What do you mean when you say it is a "big program?"

    Boot into Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking and see if you can remove the program.

    Try Malwarebytes Free, Emsisoft Emergency Kit, Hitman Pro (Trial)...see my previous post.

    If necessary you may wish to try System Restore (that may or may not eliminate your issue and remember to be sure you’ve backed up any documents, pictures, music, etc you wish to save before trying it).  Alternatively - - - you can reformat/reinstall the operating system, restore to factory settings if that’s an option with your computer,  take your computer to a repair tech or seek assistance from MS Answerdesk (that will cost you however): http://answerdesk.microsoftstore.com/msusa/en-us/answerdesk
