How to contact the Microsoft Chat Support with a Service Request Number?

I used live chat for Microsoft Support, and I would like to access the chat again. I have been emailed a Service Request Number for the conversation; the email tells me I can use it for future reference or to reconnect with Support. But how do I do that?

I understand that you had contacted the Microsoft Chat Support in the past and you have received an email with a Service Request Number from Microsoft Support and would like to contact the Chat Support again.

To contact the Chat Support, you may click on the link given below and then follow the on-screen instructions. Provide all the required information as when it prompts you to enter and you should be getting an option to select the Chat Support.

You can only review the previous chat if you saved it.

Thanks. Is there any way of just accessing and reading the previous chat or do I have to start another chat?

Hi JDNaman,

You are most welcome.

I don’t think that you can access the chat transcript of a previous chat session once you end that session. However, you can check your email with which you logged into the chat session to see if the Microsoft Technician has sent you the chat transcript and the case number for that contact. If you haven’t received any email, then you may start another chat and provide the previous case number to the technician and they should be able to help you further with your queries.

i am not able get meeting request on my 2007 outlook ,

when someone will send me the meeting request i am seeing the unknow.txt
