How to contact the Microsoft Chat Support with a Service Request Number?

I used live chat for Microsoft Support, and I would like to access the chat again. I have been emailed a Service Request Number for the conversation; the email tells me I can use it for future reference or to reconnect with Support. But how do I do that?

To contact the Chat Support, you may click on the link given below and then follow the on-screen instructions. Provide all the required information as when it prompts you to enter and you should be getting an option to select the Chat Support.

You can only review the previous chat if you saved it.

Call Microsoft Customer Service direct - 1-800-642-7676 - hours 5 AM

til 9 PM PST time (USA) - Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Results for "I have been transfered for 26 minutes only to be disconnected again It did not take 45 Minutes to fix Microsofts issues, it took all of 2 hours! I have trieed to get through to tech since far before 8 PM EST. I was just disconnected again My case Number is 146844274.I need real help. I have never knowingly ask MS for help in 30 years. My cell # is 352-538-5777. Please make a way to help me, as I took hours off and can't afford to get fired because of MS difficultes. Many Thanks, Lee Simpson"
