This is the error that keeps coming up on mine. I've been trying to update this for 5 days and it keeps coming back with the same error code. Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4015217)

Having the same issue, cannot complete my updates, also cannot do one step recovery, now what without doing factory restore, not having major problems mostly flash player problems but consistently, so I know I am having driver issues, but cannot run scan to fix it
