Been having troubles with update KB3012199 for about 2-3 weeks now. Every time I try to update it, it fails without any error code.

Solution: change update sittings and choose autometic check for updates and install them...

The people who write these things always forget an important step: GETTING TO A POSITION WHERE THE SETTINGS MENU CAN EVEN BE ACCESSED. As it stands my computer is stuck at 'We couldn't complete the updates', restarts, then comes right back to that point. I can't 'point to the lower-right corner and click Settings' because my computer isn't at a state where that's an option.
