Please let me know if you find out a way to just uninstall windows 8.1. I also have no restore options before installing 8.1

I installed Windows 8.1 earlier today, and the process finished without any trouble. However, a few minutes after reloading, Windows forced me to log off. When I logged back on, there was only a blank screen with a cursor. I activated task manager and a warning appeared stating, "?CreateRect@Value@DirectUI@@SAPEAV12@HHHH@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\System32\Windows.UI.Immersive.dll".
I've ran sfc scannow several times, and after viewing the log file each time it says it's repairing corrupt files "Windows.UI.Immersive.dll", "ActionCenterCPL.dll", "slmgr.vbs", "ActionCenter.dll.mui", and "slwga.dll" from store.
Each time after running the scan, the computer will repeat the same process: it will work normally for a few minutes (one or two), and then force me to log out once again with the blank screen greeting me again if I log back in.
I've tried uninstalling all of my drivers, my antivirus program, and a few other programs, yet the problem has persisted each time. Does anyone have any idea how this could be fixed? "Windows.UI.Immersive.dll" seems to be appearing a lot, but I'm not familiar with its function and how the installation could be affected by it.

2013-10-18T20:49:56+00:00 I'm unsure how I can do so--Open System Restore only gives me the option of restoring after I installed 8.1, and I don't think I can do Windows Refresh without an installation disk. Is there another method to uninstall it? Thanks,

Maybe too late. Symptom sounds like interference happened during the install.

2013-10-18T16:31:27+00:00 I've since tried reinstalling both an older and newer (released yesterday for 8.1) Intel driver, but it still did nothing--I know that this worked for a similar problem in the past for some, but it's a no-go for me.
I still can run program, but it's annoying to have to type in everything in the command prompt. Regular safe mode still has the blank screen problem.
By the way, my specs are MSI GT60 | Pre-installed Windows 8 (no back-up disk/copy to refresh or reinstall Windows) | Nvidia 680m/Intel HD 4000 | i7-3630qm | 12 gb ram | 750 gb HDD 7200rpm
