Determining Motheboard and properly updating BIOS?

I'm having trouble trying to determine exactly what motherboard I have and what BIOS update I need for it.  I have determined that my current configuration is:

FOXCONN 2AB1 Motherboard

AMD 785G Chipset

AMD SB700 Southbridge

American Megatrends Inc BIOS

Version 6.05 January 18th 2011

BTW I have a Windows 7 Ultimate HP Pavilion p6720f Desktop PC.

I don't really understand where to go to find the proper BIOS update, I have tried both the FOXCONN and AMI websites with no luck.  The HP website makes no sense, when I look at BIOS updates listed under my computer, two different ones are listed.  Neither of them sounds at all like my motherboard or current BIOS.  They are called H-RS880-UATX Motherboard BIOS Update and N-Alvorix-RS880 Motherboard BIOS Update.  How in the world do I know what BIOS update I need to install?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I feel like contacting HP to update my BIOS is a little bit of overkill, isn't their a reliable way to find the correct update online and do it yourself?

I suggested contacting HP support since determining what BIOS update is required has not been possible.

They should be able to point to which update is required for your computer.

    What power supply do you have?

    Is it the stock HP? If so, what wattage?

    HP doesn't put a more capable power supply than is needed for the system as sold.

    Did you add the GTX 650?

     The GTX 650 requires a minimum of a 400 Watt good power supply.

    So does the HD 2600XT

    Alright I finally got my hands on a GPU to test my computer with.  Over the last 3 days I have been using an ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT.  Everything was working fine until today, I was playing Dota 2 and crashed.  When I tried to restart another crash occured at the login screen.  Restarted again, crash after 20 seconds.  I was forced to remove the GPU and switch over to my integrated card.

    I have uploaded the new dump file here.

    If the same sort of error occurs in this minidump as the other ones from a couple months ago then I think I can confirm that the problem is something other than my GPU.

    Alright I will see what I can do to get it repaired, and will post back here if I figure anything out.

    Thanks again for all the help with the troubleshooting.

    I probably won't get around to fixing my PC until after my University term ends, which will be the beginning of May.  So don't be surprised if I don't post back here for a very long time.
