My phone (Lumia 720) is up to date but I cant instal whats app it says that I need to upgrade my phones software what can I do.?

    The QR code still redirects me to the Nokia store where if I try to download the app I receive the following message: "This app is not available for your device"

    I had whatsapp on my lumia 610 and I deleted it. Now when I search it in marketplace it can't find it. Why is this happening?

    Regarding issues with third party apps it is always recommended to check first with the developer of the app before making incorrect assumptions about the handset manufacturer.
