My phone (Lumia 720) is up to date but I cant instal whats app it says that I need to upgrade my phones software what can I do.?

    I was using whatsapp from windows store, but now i uninstalled and i can't find it in store to reinstall it.. So someone pls help me

    Whatsapp for windowsphone is really very poor compare to Asha or others I hope they will come up with a better one

    Hello,

    I am trying to download whatsapp on my Nokia Lumia 625 but every time I try it tells me an error has occurred. The error say that it is not available in my country or that my software is not updated. I am living in Canada and my software is up to date. Can I get some help with

    I have performed reset phone..after that I am unable to download whasapp..when I am trying to install from store message is displaying your device is not eligible for this..before the resetting of the phone I have used it..can u pls help..
