Dear community,
The computer is new.
Im not computer literate but logic tells me 72 processes running in th e back ground is too many?
I don't wish to start turning on/off processes in case I corrupt the machine or messing with programs to deselect ...
start up has only 3 or 4 processes running so not so bad.
Any suggestions on where i can take it in London, uk to be detoxed?
Can I get Microsoft to fix it remotely?

CrowdInspect is only meant an an informative utility to let you know what's going on with your system.
You don't need to kill any process, but if you come across any marked with a red dot, run a good anti-malware application like the free version of Malwarebytes to check them out. Download that from here: http://www.malwarebytes.org/free/

do you have any time to run through backing up etc...
I have a tb external hardrive.......
but i actually dont understand what im doing when im going to do backups..
there is a facility on my computer to create a space for backups...but surely if my computer has crashed its better to go external yes/no?
so what im doing is i think im loading my backups .......but then when i go into file history there are 3 lots of backups from different times...
so a simple straightforward heads up on this would be great...

One other Firefox tip before I forget.
If you go regularly to a number of sites, you can pin these to the Tab bar by right clicking the site's tab and then click "Pin tab". The tab will reduce in size and will load every time you start Firefox.
To remove a site which you've pinned, right click and choose "Unpin Tab". It'll become a normal size tab again after which you can close it.
Oh, and if you find clicking that miniscule "x" to close a tab annoying, install this add-on: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/close-tab-by-double-click/?src=ss You can then just double click the tab to close it instead.
