Flickr has changed there API and I'm not able to use Windows Photo Gallery to load to there site anymore. I've talked to flickr and they say it's cuz of there new API and that Windows Photo Gallery has to update before it will work again. Anyone know what to do?

Just found that Flickr's Web Uploader DOES retain the metadata that you add within Photo Gallery so until the upload feature in Photo Gallery is fixed, I for one will be using this. It's nowhere near as friendly but it does mean that I don't have to type in descriptions and tags for all my photos all over again.

Thank you, I have been to that page. There are some great suggestions there. I just feel that with the reluctance to do the change we have been asking for,  which cannot be difficult to do, they will be even more likely to drop the whole program when faced with these suggestions or demands.

I hate to give up this connection between Flickr and WLPG but what can one do except to try other things and just use the parts of WLPG that I still can use.

I do not understand that Microsoft gives so little value on the Photo Gallery. Microsoft has other sites that have HTTPS. Facebook, Blogger. Google, Outlook, Wordpress, nett banks, are HTTPS. I do not like the expression but wtf!

Microsoft recently opened a User Voice soliciting feedback for Windows 10.  There are a couple of calls for improving Windows Photo Gallery. User Voice is driven by votes and comments left by people. There a couple of calls for improving Windows Photo Gallery. I guess it would not hurt to send some comments in that direction as well:
