How to re-enable Bluetooth in PC Settings

I recently turned off my Bluetooth device by

1.       Opening PC Settings

2.       Selecting PC and devices and then Bluetooth.

3.       Changing the Manage Bluetooth devices switch to Off.

Now Bluetooth settings don’t even appear in PC Settings.  If I go to PC Settings, and then PC and devices, the Bluetooth settings have disappeared.

How can I turn my Bluetooth devices back on?

Hi,

This can happen if the Bluetooth device uses a Bluetooth 3.0 radio that is turned off by the manufacturer’s software.

If turning the Bluetooth device off causes your Bluetooth settings to disappear, follow these steps to re-enable your Bluetooth device:

1.     Open PC Settings

2.     Select Network, and then Airplane mode.

If your Bluetooth device was previously paired, there should be an Enable Bluetooth switch.  Switch it to On.

    Did you try using suggestion in my response on September 9, 2014?

    If not, please use those suggestions and reply with results as they are applicable to Windows 10 pro

    Hi

    I had 8.1 as a clean install on my laptop. All was fine

    I now have Windows 10 Pro Technical Preview Evaluation Copy Build 9926

    All Windows updates are up to date

    Some hardware is not working. 

    Notably my Bluetooth seems to have disappeared.  I downloaded the drivers and installed in compatibility mode but it couldn't find the Bluetooth at all 

    Also the Fn key on the built in keyboard is not working. (my only other keyboard is Bluetooth so i can't try it)

    Could you please suggest a fix for the Bluetooth issue
