Catalyst Control Center cannot be started (Windows 8.1) Inspiron 15R SE (Insprion 7250)

It worked in Windows 8, but it won't start anymore!

No yellow triangles in the Device Manager.

Computer: Inspiron 7250

Note: This laptop has Integrated graphics. It has Intel HD Graphics 4000 + AMD Radeon 7700M Series graphics cards.

May 24, 2014 Edit: If you can't reinstall AMD using the answer below, just try searching the web for the latest drivers.

The first link is the download for the Radeon driver, and the second one is the Intel driver. They both need to be installed for everything to work properly.

i am also using inspiron 7520

after updating to 8.1 my amd catalyst control centre stopped wrkng

finally i got it resolved after installing "ccc2_install" in the folder path given below

C:\Program Files\AMD\CCC2\Install

    I'm using an inspiron 15r and i have the same problem....

    but reading reading your reply i tried to do....but couldnt find 'AMD' in the programfiles.Inside programfiles there is a folder called 'ATI' and i selected it.....inside it contains a folder named 'BIN' not  'CCC2'.  I'm Facing a great dilemma .please help me.

    i also have inspiron N7520 model, but i dont find the amd folder in program files.I found it in program files (x86) but it does not contain the cc2 install option. so i dont knw wat to do, if anybody knws wat to do pls help

    i cannot find "AMD" folder instead i have "ATI" folder in program files, and cannot resolve this issue. What sort of problem do i have? I want to solve it ASAP 

    My PC is Dell Inspiron 15R 5537

    Please tell me how to repair this problem .I have hp pavilion g6.my graphics card is amd radeon hd 7600 m series but after updating to win 8.1 from win 8 it says i have two graphics option namely intel hd graphics 4000 and amd radeon hd 7600 m series.when i open catalyst center it says ther are currently no settings that can be configured using the catalyst control center.but it worked fine in win 8.please help!
